4. A PERFORMANCE SPACE

5. A LIST OF 20 SIMPLE QUESTIONS - Ex. What was your favourite book as a child? Would you rather be a marshmallow or a raagi mudde?

6. MUSIC (optional)

7. A CHAIR

Recommended Music for the Writing Space - Brahm’s Lullaby.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

When these fifteen minutes are over, the participants are moved into the Performance Space. During this movement you can repeat the chant “Animalia, Chordata, Mammalia, Primate, Hominidae, Homo, Homo Sapiens”, but this is optional and doesn’t always work, only carry it out if the energy is right.

Once in the performance space, the participants are encouraged to share the pieces they have written, one by one, the performer taking the chair when it is their turn. Before they begin their pieces they are asked 2 random questions from the list of questions made prior. The third question will be “What is your name?” which they will be instructed to respond to with their poem.

Please record these poems and upload them on Youtube, Facebook, etc. and provide the links below.
